Jon C. Wolfe

President and CEO

Jon Wolfe is the founder, president and CEO of Halo Loyalty, with a quarter century of casino senior management and technology experience in the gaming and hospitality industry. Jon is widely considered an expert in business intelligence and the leveraging of patron information across all aspects of integrated resort operations to drive revenues and profitability, while simultaneously building patron loyalty in very competitive environments. Prior to founding Halo Loyalty, he served as executive vice president of operations and chief information officer (CIO) for Binion Enterprises, senior vice president (SVP) and CIO of Resorts International, SVP and CIO of Horseshoe Gaming Group, and President of CCPI, Horseshoe’s intellectual property holding company.

Prior to his career in the gaming industry, Jon worked in various senior level technology and management roles with such organizations as the Army Corps of Engineers, CDSI (private technology contractor to Department of Defense), Memphis Area Teacher’s Credit Union (banking and finance), Nike and LeBonheur Children’s Medical Center. Mr. Wolfe attended the University of Mississippi and the University of Memphis.

Gary Kapral

Chief Operating Officer

Gary Kapral is Halo Loyalty’s chief operating officer, responsible for Operations, Finance and Accounting, and Human Capital, with a focus on helping the company scale as it grows both domestically and internationally. Prior to Halo Loyalty, Gary served nine years as senior vice president at Bally Technologies, where he was a key part of the senior leadership team charged with operational and organizational responsibilities including global manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, mergers and acquisitions, human resources, facilities, internal audit and other strategic initiatives as business needs necessitated.

Gary began his career in financial positions after graduating from the University of Illinois with a degree in Accounting and CPA certification. He grew into senior financial roles at SGL Carbon, a $1billion German-based manufacturer of advanced materials where he gained international and strategic expertise. In Portland, Gary later joined Electro Scientific Industries as vice president and general manager for its Machine Vision/Robotics division and served as CFO for MicroField Group, Inc., a public electrical services company.

Thomas Patchin

Executive Vice President of Business Development

Thomas Patchin is the executive vice president of business development at Halo Loyalty and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the eTouchMenu business. He leads a team that provides all aspects of account management, support, installations and customer service. Prior to his current role, he worked in Atlantic City, New Jersey, leading Revel Entertainment’s marketing, yield management and IT teams as the VP of marketing and information technologies.

Thomas has also served in senior executive marketing and operations roles at Sprint, Switch and Z4 Interactive. During his 20-year career, Thomas has been recognized with multiple industry designations including Frost and Sullivan’s Marketing Award, Sprint CEO Leadership Award and Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce and Leadership Las Vegas. Patchin earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Gordon College in Wenham, Massachusetts, and has Master Hotel Supplier (MHS) designation from the American Hotel and Motel Association.

Rod Thomas

Senior Vice President of Technical Services

Rod Thomas is responsible for providing technical guidance, developing his business unit’s operating plan, and directing the activities of the Technical Services team. In addition, he serves as a technical point of contact for clients and key strategic partners. Rod is responsible for leading a team of engineers whose primary objective is focused on the execution of the companies’ strategic plans. Prior to this role, he served as director of Applications for Penn National Gaming Inc., and has held various other key technical roles with Penn National Gaming, and the Isle of Capri Casino spanning over the last 15 years. Rod earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Alvernia University in Reading, Pennsylvania.

Wes Nall

Senior Vice President of Technical Strategies

Wes Nall is responsible for supporting all deployed Halo Loyalty and eTouchMenu systems, managing Halo system deployments, and overseeing new product development and testing across the HALo and eTouchMenu product lines. Previously Wes served as the Vice President of Corporate IT for Resorts International managing gaming operations IT for the six Resorts’ properties including Las Vegas Hilton, East Chicago Resorts, Tunica Resorts and Bally’s, Atlantic City Resorts and Hilton. In addition to Wes’s day-to-day responsibilities, he was a key member of a team responsible for the design, development, deployment, and implementation of Resort’s enterprise loyalty program, Destination Club. Prior to Resorts, Wes held senior IT leadership roles with Harrah’s Entertainment and Horseshoe Gaming.

Kenna Beaver

Vice President of Loyalty Solutions

Kenna Beaver is the Vice President of Loyalty Solutions at Halo Loyalty. She is responsible for overseeing the UI and creative design for our numerous software solutions, as well as the quality assurance of all applications. In addition, she oversees the day to day operations for customer account management and captures all customer requirements to ensure integration into the application roadmap. Prior to her current role, she was the Sr. Corporate Director of Loyalty Marketing for Choctaw Casinos & Resorts leading their marketing efforts for all gaming locations. Kenna has held various executive marketing roles at MGM Grand Resorts and Station Casinos spanning over 20 years.
